2026-2027 After School Program Registration

STEM Encounters

Please complete this registration form to enroll in our After School Pick Up Program.

$109 per week for After School

$119 per week for Year Round (includes Summer 2027)

After School option includes pick up from school, homework assistance, day camp on teacher workdays and holidays, all activities and supplies.

Year Round Option includes Summer Camp 2027. Year Round students do not need to register separately for summer as they are automatically enrolled in summer camps.

Tuition is due each week regardless of attendance even on Winter Break, Spring Break, Inclement Weather Day, etc...

Day camps when school is out are included at no additional charge on those weeks and is included in the regular tuition.

Registration is through the end of the school year or summer is choosing year round.

A four week notice emailed to stemencounters@gmail.com is required to withdraw and the account will be billed through the last day of the notice.

To complete your registration an $60 registration fee is required. Please submit your card number here. Please note all fees are nonrefundable. Tuition is due each Monday regardless of attendance. Withdrawal requires a 4 week written notice.
